I am unable to see the plug-ins on the display. When launching Komplete Kontrol all Controllers are greyed out. Not sure how to proceed. Please help.
When asking questions then please supply all basic info related to your question in the post ! Such as computer type PC ? (i9-14900K), OS version (Windows 11) , version of Komplete Kontrol , version of Native Access , and specific Keyboard version ? A-Series ? S-Series ? MK1/MK2/MK3 ? .
Also did work prior, if so what changed ? or is this a new keyboard where it never worked ? Are there any error messages
For your keyboard to work then hardware service must be installed correctly and be running. Also the connection must be OK. If you are using a S-Series MK3 and this is a new keyboard not used before then alas for some users there are issues of different kinds. I will post some links here below to start with ! Please also check the firmware update trouble shooter even if you think not related !

I resolved this issue by using an external power supply and a USB-A to C for host.
