MK3 S-61 no Plug-In Functionality when Reaktor loaded in Logic Pro

I have already started this discussion and no one from NI or otherwise contributed. So, I am trying again.

I have a MK3 S-61 keyboard and Logic Pro. When I load Reaktor as a plugin in Logic, the MK3 keyboard goes into DAW mode and it gets stuck there. The LED buttons for Browser and Plug-in are turned off and not available. Therefore, I cannot control the Reaktor instrument using my MK3 keyboard encoders. I would love it if this is a user error, but it seems 100% a bug that needs to be fixed.

Is there an appropriate NI Staff or Community member that can address this please?
