No.
Maschine controllers are not class-compliant, they need drivers so it does not work with iPads, Linux, External HW synths, etc... It only works with Windows and MacOS.

provided you can map the Mikro mk3 in controller editor and have a computer hooked up to the mikro mk3 it is entirely possible..
routing the midi signals to the ipad pro... requires a midi virtual port and a program like RTPmidi (for windows) which will send midi via your local wifi or ethernet(windows)
routing from macOS you can set a virtual port and send via wifi using the IAC bus and using the network connection to connect to your local wifi
but you must have a computer with all necessary mikro mk3 drivers & controller editor installed...
if of course the mikro cannot switch itself into midi mode whilst connected to the computer without maschine running... then it wont work... but as i dont know how the mikro behaves... i cannot tell for certain!
it may require maschine software to be running... for it to kick over to midi mode...
alternatively... if a application can see the maschine mikro and allows you to switch to midi mode.. then that maybe an option, youll need to experiment
just understand that the Mikro will not be seen as a midi device on the ipad pro... rather it be renamed to the network session by which the midi comes through
goodluck in your testing!
