- now put the mod files on top. Your OS will ask to replace 21 files.

Hi there,
Been using this mod since the day I got my S4mk3, so thank you very much for providing this for us 🙏
I'm wondering if it's possible for the mod to have the controller displays show parameters from the FX units when adjusted. I like to use my effects in a group (often delay and lfo among others) and it's tricky planning an echo out to have the intended effect because the Traktor software doesn't display parameters for effects when the module is in group mode, only a 1-100 value. So it's hard to distinguish a 2/4 echo from a 3/4 echo before it plays out.

It's on my to-do list. Still working on remix controls expansion and remix/stem controls via FX knobs/buttons. May take a bit, as i would have to adapt the D2/S8 pop-up elements, in particular the parameter display variations, for the S4 screens.

Hi. I'm using Version 9 Beta 4 and realized one feature is not working anymore on my S4MK3:
Jogwheel Turn: (while in active Loop) holdRec or Mute (or both) to adjust Loop-In or Loop-Out (or both) …
Is it a know issue? I also restarted everything. With Version 8 it was working as expected…

I'm using beta5 and it's working as it should.
Try (re-)installing beta5, after going back to the original, unaltered (saved) qml files instead of using beta4 and tell me if it works now.

I have an idea of how to do this, if you are still interested. I have put it on my Maybe-To-Do list. There won't be any GUI feedback though.
For those interested in codework, if it works at all, it would work with another parameter (per knob) between the hardware position value and the software equalizer value, which only align without holding down SHIFT and which are forcibly aligned when releasing SHIFT.
Note: I am working on the next beta now (Remix and Stem stuff currently).

Update for Version 9 Beta 6 (WiP):
New Stem Controls:
- STEMS (TAP) will let you switch between FX and Stem controls while in StemsPadMode. LED feedback (blinking STEMS button).
New Remix Controls:
- SAMPLES (TAP) will let you switch between FX and Remix controls while in RemixPadsMode. LED feedback (blinking SAMPLES button).
- SAMPLES (HOLD) + PAD 1-4: Capture sample into selected sample cell. If you use PAD 5-8 + BROWSE ENCODER to select a new sample cell beforehand, that cell will be the capture target. This was a real ball buster until i finally figured out how NI intended the code to select different sample cells to be used. Cell coloured LED feedback.
- SAMPLE (HOLD) + LOOP ENCODER: Select Capture Source. Correct screen feedback is still missing.
WiP:
- Screen feedback for Remix Capture Source.
- Remix overlay when in PadMode.Remix while on the alternate deck.
It's not too different from beta5, but i had to put a lot of work into it. Enjoy. :)

Update for Version 9 Beta 7 (WiP):
New Stem Controls:
- As above, but even in PadsMode.hotcue, the stems button will blink dimly and the top controls are used for stem parameters.
New Remix Controls:
- As above, but top controls are used for remix parameters when engaged and blinking (and PadsMode.remix is active) even if the remix deck is not the focussed deck. That was a tough nut to crack. Of course if both top and bottom decks are remix deck, the controls will only ever refer to the focussed deck.
Note: If samples button or stems button is blinking, top controls are always for remix slot / stem parameters. No blinking always means FX unit control.
What's left before final release?
- Screen feedback for Remix Capture Source.
- Delayed snap to equalizer parameters when adjusted while shift is held down. This will work exactly like the Z2 equalizers, but without GUI feedback.
Please test. There are a lot of border cases i went through testing and i am not 100% sure i caught all of them.

Small beta addition that went quicker than i expected:
High, Mid, Low and MixerFX now work like on the Z2 with the delayed kicking in of new value when using shift:

Update for Version 9 Beta 7b:
Seems i'm on a roll, multiposting like i am talking with myself. ^^ Final version with screen feedback correctly displaying capture source, no matter on which deck you are activating PadsMode.remix by holding down 'samples' button.
I'll update the main page with this version after a weekend of spinning my S4. :)

Great work (again) @Sûlherokhh! It works perfect like on Z2! I love it!
I started testing it yesterday, looks good!
One thing I realized, when using loop and changing loopsize with jogwheel, while it is out of sync, the display is showing both info and the layer is overlapping each other:
As an Idea: Would be great, if loopsize change with Jogwheel is also possible within stems mode…

I'll make one of them invisible when the other is in use. Edge case, thanks for finding.
Both Track deck and Stem deck can use Rec/Mute for LoopIn/Out, so, when holding them down, you can use the Jogwheel for Loop (IN/OUT or both) adjustment.
Edit: Fixed for next update. Phase meter will be invisible when fine-adjusting loop length.
