Are Komplete Kontrol S-Series' Arrangement functions useless...

I'm currently using Cubase 12/13 pro version but according to manual, I cannot use arrangement functions (Scene, Pattern, Track, Key mode, Clear) because it apparently does not support newer versions of Cubase. It seems stupid that it is not updated to be compatible with newer version of Cubase unless there is a good logical explanation for that?

Those functions are for Maschine, I don't think they were ever usable for Cubase's arranger tracks as well or am I mistaken? (Not a Cubase user but just curious to know if they were)

As a Cubase user i can confirm the above comment by Kymeia. Those functions are for Maschine, not for Cubase arranger.

However, you can make a full use of them, by using a Midi Remote custom script, as it described here (you can download it at Steinberg forum):
