License issue trying to sell Maschine MK3
Hello. I'm wanting to sell my Maschine MK3 hardware along with the accompanying software. On the license transfer page I can select 'MASCHINE MK3 HW' along with the expansions I got with it but the item labelled 'Maschine 2 for Maschine MK3' says 'Not transferable'. Is this enough for whoever buys my hardware to also be able to install the Maschine software too? Many thanks

It ought to be from what I an see , Quote "Buying or Selling a Native Instruments Product Second-Hand" :
Selling a hardware / software bundle (like a TRAKTOR KONTROL S3, MASCHINE or KOMPLETE KONTROL keyboard) is as easy as selling a single software product.
You only have to unregister the hardware in your user account and will receive a License Transfer ID that you can pass to the new buyer. After the buyer has imported the License Transfer ID to their own account, they will receive the same software bundle as you, the original owner.
In short, this means that the seller keeps the software that came with the hardware - and the new owner receives it as well. This way, all potential upgrade paths, that are based on that software, stay intact.
Please note that there are a few exceptions with older products. For these products, the software license shows a tag that the license has to be transferred to the new user by our Account Support team.

It's not exactly unregistering...
Just click Transfer for "
MASCHINE MK3 HW
" and everything that came with the MK3 will be tied to the Transfer ID that Native will provide you with, then just give it to the buyer.2 -
Thank you D-One ! Since I did a direct quote there then maybe N.I. need to get one of their site Admins to fix that page !?

No prob. I am not sure, maybe it says that because with other HW it might be unregistering instead of just asking for a transfer, or it's just semantics. EDIT: I think with older HW like Mk1's it's actually unregistering because back in the day NI used the HW serial as the registration number.
No prob. When you get the transfer ID you should either get some info on everything included or on your transfer list the status of the bundled SW changes, don't quite remember wich.
