If you are referring to Using Native Access (entering the serial in) then please look here !

If you are referring to locating the serial of a product you have bought and you can not find the email not even in the spam folder then look at the My products and serials of your account , if you can not find it there then you will have to contact purchase and account support !

Otherwise then please be more specific as to what is your problem !
