Serial Number for my registered Komplete Audio 6 is too short

I have a registered Komplete Audio 6. It is listed against my account. But when I attempt to add it to Native Access the given serial number is short by 8 characters. Anyone know how to resolve the issue?

have you tried logging in to your native instruments account on web and checking your product serials?

if its there in full you can jus type that in instead.

unless I misunderstood and that's what you mean as well that it is also short in your web account?
