How long does it take NI to respond to a Support Request

I submitted a support request on Saturday (3 days ago) and I have not received any reply at all. Not even an automated reply.

Then NI must have only received the message today, or do you really think that someone will be in support on Sunday?
So just wait another day or two.

It would not be unreasonable for an international company to have support staff available 7 days a week.0
