Native Access 3.8.0 product issue

Hello everyone, I'm having troubles with native access. I just bought a NI product and I have a serial number, but when I open Native Access 2 it doesn't show anything! If I login into my account on the website i can see my product and I'm sure I logged with the same email on native access. If I click on "Add Serial" it says I registered successfully but nothing happens then. Is that a bug or something?

    What product are you registering? On the web site does it show it in the "Registered Products" section in your "Products/Serians/Downloads" page?

    The product is Massive and yes it shows up in Registered Products, i also tried to download it from the website and activate later but nothing worked
