First steps into creating your own drum beats

I have a mikro Mk 3 and am interested in video tutorials that just focus on creating drum beats, with all the usual stuff, like editing, customising, saving etc all the basics you need to know to get up and running

Your best bet is to go to YouTube, and search... Like "Maschine Create Drum Beats" will return a lot of results...then you need watch them all.... really the only way... it may take a while, but the more you watch the more you learn!!

Really appreciate all your help Eddie, I have just managed to map sounds to the pads for the first time thanks to your help. Next up how to save a kit that I have made so I can just fire it up when I need to create my beats rather than having to map each time

Right Click the group Name and click "Save As"...that easy.

Blezz beats is another good YouTube creator who is amazing when it comes to Maschine tutorials. Also Jef Gibbons. Both give great info but Blezz tackles Maschine from a never have to use the computer screen, angle. The shortcuts he teaches are amazing.
