TRAKTOR PRO 2 for TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK2 HW not available in native access?

I'm trying to download the software for my 7 or 8 year old traktor, but the software isn't available in my native access account?

    Update on behalf of the OP: The OP has reached out to support and indeed the reason Traktor Pro 2 is not displayed in Native Access is that the software is not compatible with macOS 10.15 or higher.

    A solution is either:

    • Downgrade an operating system to 10.14 or lower
    • Update to Traktor Pro 3

    I don't want to buy traktor pro 3. why can't I just download traktor pro 2?

    What OS are you using?

    Native Access would display software only if they are compatible with your OS.
