Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk1 with macOS Sonoma

Recently I have just switched to apple since my windows laptop just suddenly died, but turns out I haven't been able to install the driver for Kontrol S4 Mk1 driver listed in the support page.

It kept sending the error shown as below:

Basically I also tried the "fix" like those back in Mojave by installing the older 2.70 then followed by 2.80 driver version but that can't seem to work anyway in Sonoma.

Any ideas?

i own mk1... and as far as i know... s4 mk1 is not supported on the m1 series of computers....

i recall seeing a post somewhere... that suggests Mac's require a older OS... to utilise the drivers...

i personally wouldnt waste my time with trying to get it working with any higher MacOS... than the last one that was supported
