Massive X should be visible. Are you sure that you owe it? Maybe you are talking about the older, Massive?

For Absynth and other legacy products go to Preferences and check "Show discontinued products"

"Show discontinued products" This is checked. I found Massive X installer in the download folder and installed it with the exe file. native access refused to install it, but it did download Massive X .exe.

But Native access 3.8.1 refuses to download and/or install Absynth.
