24 hours is really too soon.
The minimum it takes is 2-3 business days (today is Sunday, yesterday was Saturday... those are not businesses days).
However, sometimes this needs a week or more, depends how many requests are pending before yours.
As you understand, if for example there are 500 requests before yours, you will have to wait your turn.

Mostly it takes day, two. If there is not Sale time. In that case, double, triple. And we speak about working days. There is no support on weekends, holidays and so....
