I submitted a ticket 24 Hrs ago and haven’t gotten a response i completed the support tool export and sent it over and got no response. I have a ticket number if you want.

    24 hours is really too soon.

    The minimum it takes is 2-3 business days (today is Sunday, yesterday was Saturday... those are not businesses days).

    However, sometimes this needs a week or more, depends how many requests are pending before yours.

    As you understand, if for example there are 500 requests before yours, you will have to wait your turn.

    That’s wild. I’ve never had a company make me wait a week for a response max is 24 hours.


    Son have to wait almost a week before I can create using your product?

    Mostly it takes day, two. If there is not Sale time. In that case, double, triple. And we speak about working days. There is no support on weekends, holidays and so....
