I know you probably already know this, but both of your issues can already be addressed today:

• You can tag your samples in Maschine desktop, and these tags will be permanently written to the sample files

• Vocoder and Auto-tune (pitch quantizer) can be theoretically built as Reaktor fx ensembles and imported into M+

Neither of these solutions are exactly what you are probably looking for, but just saying. No idea if other solutions for these things ever become available.
