Can’t get support with someone from NI

Hi guys,

I’ve been trying to get hold of native instruments for nearly 2 weeks now with no reply. I have opened around 3 ticket requests with different emails and still heard nothing. Anyone else having issues getting in contact or know if they have any other way to do so?

    What are you trying to get help with? There are plenty of people here who may be able to help once they know the details.

    Thanks PK but I’m looking to get a refund for a product I bought which I need to get in touch with then for

    Hello,

    Support is usually extremely busy with tons of requests, especially after a holiday season and if everyone is opening 3 tickets for the same matter is not helpful at all, neither for the customer neither for them... it is just slowing the process.

    However 2 weeks sounds like a bit long time, indeed. Please contact @Jeremy_NI from customer support.

    If you could delete those other two tickets or somehow close them out, that would be helpful. It just further adds to the delay and causes confusion. Support is doing the best they can in the wake of the great Winter sale in conjunction with the release of the Kontrol MK3.

    @HarryTurner That's good to hear, no need to do anything, my colleagues have deleted/merged your other tickets.
