@mexaking If you didn't find a solution, simply answer no to every question in the typeform until you are able to submit a request.
Try to click on 'Forgot Password' and make a new one.

i tryed everything the prompts suggest still nothing ... when i go to log in it says authentication error and logs me out ... tried multiple downloads also.. don't know what else to do :{
