Reaktor as a plugin in Ableton Live ?

You load it from the VST3 or AU menu (if on Mac) - it will be under Instruments and Effects depending on what ensemble you want to load. Once loaded pick the ensemble from the Reaktor browser.

As an FX plugin or as an instrument plugin?

You'll need to be a bit more specific. Are you having issues loading the plugin, assigning it to track etc... ?

Cheers for the reply’s ,
I have got it all working sweet , just a few teething problems , even though I own full version it was running in demo mode for some strange reason , I uninstalled and reinstalled.

Pro Tip 1 - in most hosts you can save a loaded ensemble as a preset - including in Ableton Live - this enables you to load the ensemble (and potentially specific preset/s) directly - obviously in Live you could also drag it into a rack and add macros then save the whole thing
Pro Tip 2
If you have Komplete Kontrol you can do the same and have the preset directly load a specific ensemble or instrument (eg Kontakt) and save as a preset to directly load that ensemble/plugin and preset with controls all set up.
Both of these tips are also a good idea to avoid the problem with lost patches some people complain about as you always know what presets and ensembles are used in a project if you save them as a preset first before loading them in your project - it's just good project management
