When i write the serial number and press enter, it says that it is registered but on top there pops up a error message. Can someone help me?

Basically take a picture of your serial number and submit a trouble ticket. Mine hardly took any time at all to process, but that was before the MK3 keyboard release and the winter sale. Their help desk is quite a bit busier these days.
