Question regarding Expansion bundle for MASCHINE+ (Purchase from reseller)

Hello Native instruments community!

Im' the happy new owner (soon) of an MASCHINE + - Given that the current New Year promo includes expansion bundle i though now was the time to buy it :)

I have one question though - I purchased with my local reseller (Thomann DK) on january the 5th, and when asked about claiming the bundle, i was informed that it's done when i activate the hardware for the first time.

Given the current blizzard that's going on, im' worried about the device arriving before the the end of the promo campaign - But i should still be eligble for the bundle right? And is it just a simple matter of contacting Native Instruments Support to redem it if the hardware arrives later?

    I recommend contacting them before the promo period runs out, and letting them know you have a unit on the way. Only way to make sure they'll honour the promo
