Maschine MK2 latency issues Ableton 11.3

Hello,

I'm having trouble using my Maschine MK2 in Ableton. The buffer size is very low, and I'm using the VST plugin, not the AU. When I open the Maschine standalone on my Mac, there are no latency issues. However, as soon as I open it in Ableton, it becomes unplayable.

I would appreciate some help.

Hmm...yeah...I had a similar issue 3 years ago with my Cakewalk and with my Yamaha keyboard.

For me, changing the audio engine helped me (pc user, btw).

Hmm...maybe you should check your MIDI settings and go to the settings about latency and buffer size.

As I mentioned, my buffer size and latency are very low. All other instruments can be played in without any issues.

Well, when I said that you should check those settings, did you checked the settings from the DAW or from the Maschine inside the DAW, since Maschine as a standalone works just fine?

The buffer size of the machine can only be adjusted in "Standalone" mode.

As a plugin, there is no option to change the audio settings.

Therefore, I can only adjust those provided by the DAW.
