Installed newest version of traktor ~ Master/reset button of S4 mk3 not illuminating (functioning?)

I installed the newest version of Traktor and now neither of the master select buttons are illuminating on the s4 mk3 The "master" indicators above the beatgrid appears to be going on when it should be. Additionally the screens have not opened illuminated 2 Xs out of 4 at start up
