Mistakenly added an Expansion to my cart twice and was billed accordingly

I've been having a hard time contacting customer support to request a refunded for one of the expansions I order this week for Maschine. I purchased three expansions over the weekend, two that were on sale. Drift Theory, Rare Vibrations and Hazy Days. Hazy Days was purchased twice. I haven't downloaded anything as I am trying to get this resolved first. Please advise. Thank you.
