Holiday season —> where are the gifts ?

Hello, I bought a maschine+ with the holiday season offer. Extensions are provided in addition to the basic one and I can't access them. Could you tell me how to get them? There were also normally 2 packs of my choice offered. I've decided to buy this product thanks to the offer, so I'd like to take advantage of it! Thank you all for your help! Merry Christmas!

They should appear in your Native Access, as the rest of your software does. Do you have it installed?

@AleksTvt Once you have registered your Maschine+ hardware, you will then receive a voucher via email, which can be used to purchase your choice of 12 Expansion sound packs. Please check your email.
