I bought Komplete 14 standard and komplete ultimate 14 the serial number of komplete 14 ultimate does not want to register. and all new associated products are in DEMO

    It's not entirely clear what you have done and what exactly is the problem .

    It appears to me as you already had Komplete Standard and then bought an upgrade to Komplete Ultimate ? If so then the problem could be that you by mistake bought an Update instead of an Upgrade. Else if you correctly bought an Upgrade then it sounds as if the problem is that your key does not work !

    If you bought an Update by mistake instead of an Upgrade then get in contact with Webshop & Orders support and tell them that you need to return the wrong purchase so that you can buy the Upgrade instead !

    If you bought the correct Upgrade and the key doesn't work then contact Registration support and ask them to get a key that works !

    I HAD KOMPLETE 13 I BOUGHT 2 KOMPLETE 14 STANDAR AND I BOUGHT KOMPLETE 14 ULTIMATE. KOMPLETE 14 ULTIMATE SERIAL NUMBER DOES NOT WORK

    Just like what @PoorFellow suggested, the best here is to contact Registration support and ask them to check what's happening with the licenses. I imagine you bought the wrong license but they can let you know.

    It's sale time and there has been a weekend where support does not work and Christmas vacation time also. Give support time to answer. If you have not received any response from support after 7 work days then make an answer to Matt_NI's post above !

    So do not expect support to answer before first days in January !
