Komplete 14 upgrade voucher for Plugin Alliance doesn't work...

Hello. I was going to buy Lo-Fi-AF, but saw it was included in Komplete 14 so I upgraded. Only the voucher provided doesn't actually work on the Plugin Alliance website, so I can't use the one thing I actually purchased the upgrade for. Support responded with (what looks like the scripted response of) asking me if I did the EXACT things I listed having done when I opened the ticket then went radio silent on me.

I really don't want to do a charge back and lose access to my Komplete 13, but this is super annoying. It should not take days and multiple tickets to be able to use the voucher Native Instruments issued me on a Native Instruments company website. Getting new, fun, creative tools to work shouldn't take soul crushing corporate ticket hoops.

Has anyone gotten this voucher to work? Does anyone know the secret sauce? Does Plugin-Alliance not monitor when their corporate vouchers fail so that they can apply remedies?

    Thanks all. They're working with me on this. I've been part of M&As of software companies so I get the difficulties, just annoying when it happens to me :)

    Had my own hassles with this process - the Plugin Alliance website seems to have been coded in 2003 and would not accept my credit card no matter what I did.

    I believe the concept of someone actually living in Canada with a "postal code" was too much for the site to bear.

    A support ticket to their team simply got me into a conversation with some dude who claimed I either needed a US based credit card or nothing. This of course - after doing some Xmas shopping at various storefronts around the world - with this exact card.

    I finally had to go the Paypal route but that will be the last time I use any of these vouchers.

    Your post did not mention what Komplete 14 in question it is (standard or what) but Lo-Fi-AF is in from Standard and up. So I take it that you are referring to the 'Free' "Plugin Alliance Komplete 14 PA Bundle" . I redeemed that earlier this year and had absolutely no problem redeeming that. Also I redeemed the code coming with the Komplete 14 Collectors Edition (Plugin Alliance Komplete 14 Collectors Editions PA Bundle) while present sale has been running and that also gave no problems for me !

    Instructions here, but in short then Create a Plugin-Alliance account , log in and then go to this page to redeem the code !

    Slow as they may/can be then N.I. is very reliable. They are no small candy shop and they will not knowingly cheat you, meaning you can feel safe and rely on that you will get what you paid for ! So please don't do any "charge back" or anything like that. I might be annoying as hell when there are mishaps and if they do not respond fast enough. There even are mishaps from time to time where tickets get buried , di if you don't hear from them within a week (during the sale it may take that long) then yank their chain by politely updating your ticket and let them know that you are still waiting. Also since Jeremy_NI has popped by then you can be sure that someone will actually take a look and that you have not been forgotten or if you were then Support has been reminded !
