Can't Open any Firmware updater

Hello,

I got my S88 MK3 today and wanted to use it but i wasn't able to even open the Firmware Updater.

So wanted to ask here for help. If someone knows what to do. I tried.

• updating my Mac.
• Close the Internet Browser.
• Deactivating Battery Serving mode.
• Closing all cloud services.
• Opening it in Rosetta and Safemode.
• Reinstalling every other native instrument software.
• Open it with different cables no and no cables.

But for some reason, I'm not able to open any firmware updater.
