Just purchased a Traktor S4 mk2 and new to this

Hi i have purchased a second hand Traktor s4 mk2 witch it looks pretty new and the seller gave me the license for both software and hardware, when I've tried to register under my name and the seller bought it brand new at the time, it tells me already registered so can anyone can help me please and is there any contact number to reach Native. By the way i already have the Traktor pro dj program in my laptop

I would go to native-instruments.com, click on support and click "Purchase & account". You should be able to submit a ticket and NI will reply to you via email to assist you how they can.

As you can see from the Buying or Selling a Native Instruments Product Second-Hand then the seller is supposed to not just give you the hardware serial but transfer the hardware serial to you ! (As it says then transferring the hardware serial to you gives you a copy of the base software also while seller retains his copy of base software that originally came with the unit)
