"Officially" the SC6000 is not supported by Traktor Pro 3.

So, you will need a custom mapping, or create one by yourself.

Unfortunately i can not find a custom mapping on the DJ TechTools forum. But, there is one for the LC6000. Probably it may can cover most of the options for your device, the rest you can edit manually.
