guitar rig 7 pro

I have not been able to access or use Guitar Rig 7 pro. It came with Izotope music production suite 6 and it is installed with Native Access. What else do I need to have installed to use this? I also have Komplete start and Guitar rig 7 player installed.

That is a too unspecified complaint ! You need to be a lot more specific.

But a wild guess ! : "Guitar Rig 7 pro" is not available as a download in Native Access ?

Did you put in the serial in the add serial from your email in Native Access ?

If you can not find your serial then check for the email in the spam folder, else check if it is in listed on your account as not registered ! : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

Else , be more specific with respect to your problem !
