Traktor S5 starts but switches off after some seconds

Hi, my beloved S5 starts normal but switches off after some seconds. I can repeat it by pressing the button again but allways same procedure. Any ideas what to do? Thx for every idea

First, you need to troubleshoot and debug all possible scenarios: Power issues (maybe a power supply can help), USB cables, different USB port, software versions, correct drivers, possible firmware updates etc. etc.
