When I open up the Maschine 2 software I always get plenty of messages for "can't get core function pointer" when scanning for RX9 and Ozone plugins. I have tried to look for a way to skip scanning them but I don't see them in the plugin menu.

Try to make a custom folder for the plugins you don't scan, then move rx9 and other plugins you don't want ro scan.
Now scan the files again (except the folder with the plugins you don't want to use)
