Download Link Not Received and Support Ticket Inaccessible
Hello,
I'm reaching out to the community and the support team regarding an ongoing issue with my order. On November 24, 2023, I purchased RX 10 Elements, and although the payment of $39.60 was processed as evidenced by the charge on my account, I have yet to receive the download link. The order was listed as "under review" for several days.
To address this, I submitted a support ticket. Unfortunately, the section where I can check my ticket status is currently "under maintenance," and contrary to the email I received, I was not provided with a link to monitor the status of my ticket.
Can someone from Native Instruments support please update me on the status of my order and provide guidance on how to proceed? The inability to access both the product and the support ticket system is concerning.
