Check pricing before you buy! Komplete Select on sale is £89. A Komplete Audio 1 with Komplete Select included is £69 and includes a £22 e-voucher. This thread confirms it Komplete Start, doesn't include Komplete Kontrol - Page 3 — Community (native-instruments.com). Ignore the thread title, check the comments on the linked page. The screenshot from @Jeremy_NI shows the Audio 6, but the offers include the Audio 1. The Audio 1 is shown at the bottom of this page Hardware (native-instruments.com)

Amazon have it listed at £59, but I don't know if that would include the special offer of Komplete Select rather than Komplete Start.

I second what @mykejb said, if you're interested in Komplete Select, I would take a look at NI's MIDI controllers or other hardware.

A lot of their hardware is bundled with Komplete Select (ie it's free). The Komplete Kontrol M32, A25, A49 and A61 all include Komplete Select. Not I'm not saying these are amazing keyboards. But If I had to decide between spending $100 on software I wanted vs $140 for a Keyboard that included the software I wanted, I would probably pick the Keyboard.
