Can’t register M32 serial number

Hi.

I just bought an M32 from Sweetwater, and it won’t let me register. I looked on the form, and noticed that several people have had the same issue, but no fixes.

It says there was an error processing your serial number. I emailed Support, but no response.

does anyone have any fixes?
