Noire VST / AAX ?

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you know how many instances of Noire can be downloaded for one purchase? I'm assuming most Native Instruments plugins allow you to download the plugin on max two separate computers. Is that the case for Noire as well? And can it be used in Protools?

Noire is a Kontakt library, so you'll need to install Kontakt Player to load the library. Kontakt is available in AU, VST3, AAX format, so it will work in Pro Tools. You're allowed 2 installations, yes.
