Can’t add serial on Native access

Hello everyone !

I have to say I’m french so maybe my english we’ll not so well :D

I have a problem with adding a serial in native access. I bought something on impact soundworks, I received a code, but when I want to add it and when I paste the code, it dont fill in.

Here is a screen shot. Do you know how could I fix the problem ?

    Your serial clearly does not fit into the serial box.

    I don't know much about kontakt, but I found this on the site that sells what you bought:

    If your serial does not fit the textbox shown below, it is a Kontakt Full library. 

    ☝☝☝

    It seems like you have to download a .nki file from somewhere (Pulse?) and then load that into your fully paid version of kontakt. It will not work with the free version of kontakt.

    Probably best not to share there serial here.

    What did you buy?

    NI serials mostly have 5 chars in every box.

    You should delete the screenshot. Like, right now. Reupload it with a censored serial number.

    I just noticed that the code given with the native american flutes has more numbers than it should.

    I downloaded the file from pulse already, there is a code but it doesn’t work and I have a full version of Kontakt.

    Oh yeah !! I understand now, the file is in « files » in the full Kontakt version. I got it.

    My problem is solved ! I just had to read properly 😅
