Maschine +, first time user "An error occured" while trying to register

Hello,

so i got Maschine + yesterday.

I was trying to register that thing.

I connected to my Wifi.

Next step ist "Connect to your Native ID", and here is where the fun and the registering ends.

No matter what i do, i get the message "An error occured".

30 times now.

Anyone has a clue if that Maschine is broken or if there is an easy solution to it ?

Did you purchase your Maschine+ used/second hand, or directly from NI?

Hello,

its a brandnew one ( i would suppose...), i bought it from the largest German Reseller, Thomann.

For whatever reason, it could register now...........

Possibly the connection was busier than usual because of the cyber deals. More people buying and registering.
