When are WE going to get ours? It's driving me nuts seeing all the YouTubers who have had theirs for months and I'm still waiting on mine to arrive!

There are delays because Native Access have had a number of problems with among others getting the firmware updates to work (check all the problem threads in the forum). So in fact you ought to be happy that you did not receive your in the first batch sent out. Else only support can answer your question.
