All my iZotope products and licenses have disappeared!

I got an offer to download Komplete Start for free, so I downloaded the latest version of NA. To my surprise it didn't list any of my Ozone products - even though I changed the file manager setting to point at the correct VST folders. I went to my account and lo and behold, ALL my purchases AND my subscription to Ozone have gone!, the only things showing are some Komplete Start licenses (Komplete Start doesn't show up in Native Access to install!) I have raised a ticket, but wondered if anyone else has a similar problem.

I might have missed something but as far as I know then Native Instruments does not offer subscription to Ozone on the https://www.native-instruments.com site , they do offer KOMPLETE NOW , but as far as I know then that is another thing at least at the moment

For the Ozone product subscription try logging into this site https://www.izotope.com/

Warning ! , N.I. are working on an unified log-in , but as far as I know then that is not up and running. So even if it at the Izotope site looks like a N.I. log-in thing then please use your original iZotope log-in email and password !
