Purchased a new NI Product never got email 4 e-voucher for 20 ..
its been 2 week now!! who can I contact.. the support wizard doesn't let you explain the problem..
pls if any one know a solution pls help..

I am sorry but there are simply nothing that other users in this forum can do for you ! You simply have to open a ticket at support and then make the choices that you think fits best and then when the support ticket has been made then add to the ticket by responding to it. Give all relevant information , such what you have bought , where you bought it , when you bought it and the order number.
Use the "Account & Registration" or the "Webshop & Orders" whatever you think fits best https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000053657-Account-Order (The vouchers ought to have been received when registering your purchase , but it is also something that is part of your order)
Even if someone N.I. in the forum could help then you will still need a ticket supplying them the relevant information.
Also ! , Always check your mail spam filter and always also read / go through all emails received carefully !
