Order Status: "Under Review"

Good afternoon everyone! I placed an order yesterday and my order status has changed to "Under Review". Does anyone have any insight into that status? My card was already charged.

Having this issue now with a copy of RX Standard that I bought last Tuesday, is there any update on what happened with your order or how long it took to get confirmed?
