Not able to update NA to 3.7.0

This is happening on a Windows 10 OS:

When opening Native Access I get the following popups. First comes this twice

"Version 3.7.0 will be installed when exiting the application. Restart to install now".

Right after that I get the following twice

"A new version of Native Access could not be installed:."

Restarting PC did not help. Any advice how to solve this?

This was a thing about a month ago with 3.6.0 and 3.6.1

Your only recourse is to download 3.7.0 and install it manually.

Once that is done - you should be good to go.

I had the same topic, thanks for your solution post.

It's a shame that we have to ask the community for this kind of issues.

NI should add an "known issues" list on the support page.

That's the problem that has been plaguing Native Access - no one has any idea about this kind of stuff - even the dev team.

It just goes out there and then we are left to mop up the mess.
