From what I read in you other thread then you have already contacted customer support with your software activation issue ! Also , please do not open more threads on same issue !

There is not much that you can do other than waiting for customer support to come back to you. This can take some time, so please be patient.
Also, you may not want to post your private information (such as email address) here. It is a public forum that anyone can visit. Posting your email address here could lead to e.g. spam or worse.

Sorry , yes , you have to wait for customer support , they are the only ones that can sort out your activation problem and your apparently buying the wrong item in the N.I. shop !

For your own sake please stop posting your email everywhere on a public forum, no one is going to try to help you via email, people will reply here and everyone already warned you about it on the other thread. If you do get emails then it's mostly likely someone trying to scam you, so beware. Only NI official support will reply via email. I edited your email out of this thread.
The "Maschine 2 factory Library" is showing up as Demo, right? As long as that problem is not solved it simply wont work, try this:
