The first one!!
This is the Maschine 2 Factory Library that I recently purchased.
The machine I use is Maschine MK3.
Maybe it's not compatible with my machine or I don't know how to use it!
If it's incompatible, please refund it.
The second one!!
Problem with MacBook Air15 sonoma.
The file cannot be loaded from the machine.
It says demo in the Maschine 2 Factory Library.
Please solve the above two things.

Try to add the serial for factory library that you see in your second image in Native Access. At the moment it is still not registered, that’s why it says Demo.
In any case if you own a Maschine MK3, you should already have the full library (it comes bundled with the Maschine) and you should not need the separated purchase of Factory Library (or you didn’t purchase it and it came with the MK3?).
About Sonoma: be aware that it’s not yet officially supported by NI
Another suggestion: hide your email and name from first image: better not publish it like this on a public forum

Did you register the Maschine Mk3 hardware serial number?

Probably is another hiccup from Native Access.

Keep in consideration what I told you before: owning a Maschine MK3, you should not need to separately buy the Factory Library.
Maybe you can ask them in your ticket

That's right I bought it wrong.
After that, something was twisted and the demo font didn't disappear, causing a lot of problems.
It's still in progress and I want to get a refund, but there's no way.
If I can't get a refund, I would be very grateful if I just returned it to the previous one, and I'm worried.
