updates still showing up after saying that the updates were successful

hello everyone, ive had the same issue with native access for a while now. na is showing that i have seven updates to install, so after installing the updates i close out of na, and when i open up na again its still showing the same seven updates. ive tried removing one plugin(driver) that needs to be updated with the na uninstall tool, go back to ni access and try reinstalling, but

still the same results. ive contacted ni support about this, and all they said was to use the uninstall tool. if anyone has experienced the same issue please let me know how to resolve this. thank you !

Hi @Shadowlife we've got a couple of people reporting this:

Native Access keeps trying to update products that are already updated

In Native Access, Supercharger and Massive always show up as needing update

There are some steps you can follow there which should fix the issue. Update us how it goes!

Hello everyone, unfortunately I'm still having the same problem installing updates in ni access. So I tried to delete the MSI files but when i go do program data, a whole list pops up that are unnamed, so i have to highlight each one to see what it is, then when i open it up I'm not seeing any exe or aaxplugin files to delete, and I definitely don't want to take any chances with trial and error, lol. here are a couple of screenshots. thank you very much.

I did (3.6). Makes no difference on the mislabeled "updates". But, of course, now NA is as slow as Christmas in January.
