Native Access keeps trying to update products that are already updated

Got my complete Native Komplete ultimate 13 Soft on an external drive. All Preferences, Download, Application, Content, VST 64 and VST 32 Location set cleanly in Native Access.

But every time I call up Native Access to check for updates, I always see the same 18 available updates that have already been installed 1000 times. In the Win10 registry, the 18 products are always written in the wrong directory. After correction, deinstallation and subsequent reinstallation, the directories are wrong again and NativeAccess shows the 18 updates again!!! Can someone tell me why this keeps showing up??? Hi @Markus I know some time has passed since you posted this, but in case the issue still persists, here are troubleshooting steps if you wanna try them out: In Native Access, Supercharger and Massive always show up as needing update
