Error saving preset. Could not write file.

Whenever I try saving a user preset in Komplete kontrol, inside my DAW (by clicking on "file" and "save as") I get the message above. In standalone mode it does work though.

Is this on Mac? If so make sure Reaper has full disk access

Not such problem in Cubase. What DAW are you using and which Komplete Kontrol version?

Nope, windows but I just opened reaper as administrator and it works! Thank you so much!

Ah, yes that pretty much amounts to the same thing, I thought it sounded like a permissions issue
